Beskrivelse: The presentation begins with a few words about the life and the work of D. Dimopoulos and briefly narrates the plot – it is the story of the Resistance in Crete. The program underlines some basic characteristics of the film, like the “strong outline,” the “narrative economy”, the correct instruction of the actors and the “successful use of the theatrical experience” of the film maker. It does not neglect to report that this is the first film of D. Dimopoulos and is based on the theatrical work of Dario Nikodemis “The rag”, as well as that Valakou makes her first cinematographic appearance in this film.
